RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. How to Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Log in to your account and visit the Order History section.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts.
  • Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

5. Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Final Sale Items
Clearance, special-order, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately via our Help Center for assistance.

8. Store Returns
Items purchased online can be returned in-store, subject to the same return policy conditions.

9. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs fees.
